LOUISA MAY's Story...
LOUISA MAY is a one in a million find as a rescue! She is 9-12 months old and weighs 50 lbs. She has lab and retriever in her and came to us with her mother, Betty and 4 brothers. For some reason, the family bounced around in So Carolina shelters for 6 months without any takers. All we can say is we're so glad we stepped up to take them! All 6 of the dogs have fabulous personalities and every one of them will make an excellent family companion. LOUSIA MAY is in a great foster home with kids and cats. They ALL lover her and as you can see, she's melting right into the scenery! If you're interested, please email adoptmebpr@aol.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

LOUISA MAY, a LaGrange Labrador Retriever/Retriever (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Retriever (Unknown Type) for sale in LaGrange, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Retriever (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in LaGrange.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in LaGrange already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a LaGrange breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Retriever (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Retriever (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in LaGrange paves the way for another one to be saved.
