My name is Brewster and I am one fun little guy! My foster mom and the groomers think that I'm a Dachshund/Shih Tzu mix, would that be a DachTzu? A Shih-Shund? How about FUN, can fun be a category at the National Dog Shows? I weigh about 10 pounds and I am three years old so I won't get any bigger...unless I eat too many treats!
I am neutered, current on vaccines, and heartworm negative! I have even been started on heartworm prevention and flea/tick preventative too! No icky bugs on me!!
My foster mom hasn't had me around kids so she doesn't know how I would act around little kids, she says that kids need to be old enough to respect my space when I am doing important doggy stuff. I would love to be in a home with other dogs, it is fun to play chase or tug-of-war with doggies my own size. Cats might be okay if they are nice to me, if they are hissy and meow mean things I might bark at them.
WE ARE IN ABILENE, TEXAS. WE DO NOT SHIP OR TRANSPORT OUR PETS, WE REQUIRE ADOPTERS MEET THE DOG TO MAKE SURE IT IS A GOOD FIT.
NOTE: We are a rescue, the dogs are in foster homes. WE DO NOT HAVE A FACILITY THAT OPENS TO THE PUBLIC. We require an application BEFORE a potential adopter will be introduced to one of our pets. We contact vets to ensure that pets already in the adoptive home are current on vaccines, heartworm prevention and sterilized. We have gotten to know the pet and our goal is to make the best match, between pet and people. PLEASE be aware, we do not adopt out to a home that has an animal which has not been spayed or neutered.
Please email us at email@example.com to receive an Adoption Application or for more information on our Adoption process. Please take the time to visit our website www.pawedsquad.com for additional information.
We represent the pet to the best of our ability, they are rescue dogs and we don't always get their history.
