LINDSIE is a 2 year old, 35 lb border collie mix. She was surrendered to the shelter with her sister when the family could not longer care for the girls. LINDSIE is currently in our PAWS BEHIND BARS prison dog training program where she is starting to relax. Many times all the changing environments are difficult for a dog and what they need most is time and patience. She is with an expert dog handler who is making her training seem like a game. Every day, we see more and more tail wags. LINDSIE will do best in an adult home and with an owner who appreciates border collies. She will be ready to go home in 2-3 weeks but we're accepting applications now. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
