  • Size: Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)

Libby is a 4 month old Heeler/Pointer Mix? Her owners decided they no longer wanted her so they kicked her out to fend for herself. She has the battle scars to show that life on the street has been hard, but her spirit is not broken.
We have started the vetting process and she got her rabies shot and a shot for tapeworms at the vet this morning. She is SO loving and getting more confident everyday. She has even started to play with toys!

Rescue Row is a section 501(c)3 (non-profit) no-kill all volunteer dog rescue organization, incorporated in March 2017, serving the DFW Metroplex. We are dedicated to rescuing dogs in shelters, dogs in abusive or neglectful situations and dogs surrendered by their owners because of difficult circumstances.
We place dogs in loving, responsible, committed permanent homes, following a comprehensive adoption process, which includes taking considerable care in finding good matches and educating prospective adopters about the responsibilities and costs of bringing a dog into their homes and lives.
Dogs in our care are spayed or neutered, microchipped, receive all appropriate veterinary care and treatment, and placed in nurturing foster homes while they await placement in their permanent homes. We assist dogs in distress without regard to age, breed or ease of placement. Dogs in the greatest need take priority.
Finally, we strive to work with shelters and other rescue and humane organizations to develop a network of supporters and volunteers in order to create a better world for homeless dogs.
Rescue Row stands ready to help you, the prospective adopter or foster home, find a companion who will thrive in your home. We are here to assist you in every way possible throughout the adoption process and will continue to be a helpful resource after you have welcomed your new pets into your life.
