Katy and her brother were sort of adopted and then abandoned by a man, and another neighbor was able to take care of them until you meet her and her brother! Katy is a cute little gal who will always remain on the small size, so she’ll be happy living wherever you are! She’s got a sweet, loving and perky personality that will keep you smiling for years!
