Sebastian was pulled from a shelter in Tracy, CA. He is about 18m old and is a big boy! We were told he landed himself in the shelter for jumping the fence and the owner did not want him back. The shelter deemed him to be dog aggressive, but we sent out two of our people to evaluate him and felt he had potential and was misevaluated.

A note from his foster parents:
In the four days I have had him, I have noticed some interesting behaviors from him. One, I have not seen him show any signs of dog aggression. Two, he is a HUGE teddy bear. Sebastian would rather be cuddled up next to you with you petting him rather than anything else. The only “problem” I have seen with Sebastian is he does not know how to be a dog. He is a gigantic puppy who has no idea how big and strong he is. However, even with his size he is not hard to handle or control. Sebastian is very “soft.” I mean this in the best of terms. He is not stubborn and truly allows me to handle him without restraint or hesitation. In my honest opinion, he is a great dog who was just poorly evaluated. I have no doubt he will do great with any family who wants to adopt him. Sebastian does well with my pack (5 Y.O. male GSD, two 3 Y.O. female GSD’s, and one 6 month old GSD male puppy). Like I mentioned earlier, he has no idea how to be a dog and how to play properly. I am positive in the short time he is with us, he will learn the basics of how to be a dog and a little bit of obedience to go with it.

If you or anyone you know is interested in this dog, please feel free to ask questions or come and see this giant lap dog for yourself! Stay tuned for more videos and pics to follow!
Sebastian is being fostered in Livermore, CA.
