I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.
NOVA is such a love bug. This petite boxer/bulldog mix is so friendly and amazing. NOVA is friendly with the other dogs and loves affection. Last week, after taking her from the Santa Rosa shelter, we noticed NOVA has a horrible mastitis infection. Her eight nursing babies had to be taken away so she could begin immediate antibiotic treatment. Plus, her condition was so poor, feeding the babies was killing her. Two days after coming into rescue, her mastitis burst open and left a large gaping hole in her abdomen. The wound cannot be stitched closed due to the degradation of the surrounding tissue. So NOVA is taking it easy in the isolation room and recovering well. She adores all the extra treatment and attention.....lol. She's such a fantastic girl.
We are a voice to the voiceless. I am passionate about the rescue of bully breeds as well as educating the community on responsible pet ownership.
Come Meet Our Pets...
In order to meet any pet, a scheduled appointment is REQUIRED. You may contact us at 850-516-1089 if you wish to meet one of our PRR dogs.
Our Adoption Process...
Our adoption fee is $200 and covers the cost of distemper/parvo vaccines and rabies vaccines, initial de-worming and spay/neuter. May also include microchip
We do not charge an adoption fee as a way to make money. More often than not, we put more money into our rescue dogs than we can ever hope to recover. We do what we do in order to save lives and make a difference. We pour everything we have physically, emotionally and financially into our rescue dogs. The adoption fee covers only part of the expenses of rescuing a dog.
A home check is required, current pets must be up-to-date on vaccines and spayed/neutered, and a meet and greet is required as well.
