Samantha's Story...
Sweet Samantha is an 11 month old Cattle Dog/Pit Bull mix ready to fine her forever home! She was taken in as a stray, and since no owners were located, she is ready to be adopted. She is a playful and friendly girl, and always up for an adventure! She loves to play with other dogs, and would be happy to have another dog in the home! She is great with people of all ages, but needs some continued training to not jump up on the little ones. Samantha is doing really well on her house-training, but will need time to adjust to a new home and routine. She is spayed, current on her vaccinations, heartworm negative, and microchipped. Come and meet her today at our Waggin' Tails Adoption Center in Benbrook. We are open daily from 12-6pm.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Samantha, a Benbrook Australian Cattle Dog/Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Cattle Dog/Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Benbrook, or seeking a Australian Cattle Dog/Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Benbrook.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Benbrook already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Benbrook breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Cattle Dog/Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Australian Cattle Dog/Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Benbrook paves the way for another one to be saved.
