We intercepted when we saw her posted on a social media swap site, not wanting her to be used for breeding, the owner agreed to surrender her over to us.
Kiwi is reserved at first, once she warms up to you she loves to play with her favorite toy, (see video). Once she is your best friend, she will follow you around and love on you. She loves hanging out at our office and play fetch and take naps.
Kiwi does great with cats, but is not a big fan of other dogs. This is something that can change over time. She is a resource guarder and will need someone who knows how to deal with this behavioral issue. She is not for the novice dog owner. She will take time and patience in learning how the world works and that it's an ok place. She is being exposed slowly to new things daily and will need someone that is willing to take the time to take her to training classes ect.
Letting her behavioral issues go un-worked, will result in her being a much more. afraid of everything around her
