Roxy: 4 year old female Seal Point Himalayan

Roxy is the perfect cat. She's just gorgeous yet goofy. She has the most beautiful sweet blue eyes. She's outgoing, fun, and loves people. She's not necessarily a lap cat but loves to be held and have her belly rubbed. She'll begin to purr seconds after you pick her up. She's confident and ready to take on the world. She is in perfect health and could even be a bit younger than we're estimating. She loves to play with any type of cat toys. If she's not playing, she enjoys lying in the sun and getting fresh air.

Roxy came in to rescue after being found abandoned and starving outside. She was 3 lbs but has more than doubled her weight and is now holding steady at 7 lbs. She was matted and needs to make sure she finds a home with an experienced Persian or Himalayan person or someone very committed to daily brushing/grooming. She does enjoy being brushed! She is currently partially shaved but should grow back beautifully.

Roxy seems to like other cats (after a bit of hissing) and is not alpha but not beta, either. She also seems to like small gentle dogs. She would be good with a family with gentle children as she would enjoy the attention. She would absolutely love a home with a catio or some type of safe outdoor cat enclosure. She does really seem to like the outdoors so a home where she can't escape easily would be best.

Roxy eats wet and dry food and is litterbox perfect.
