Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Cooper is a handsome 1-1/2 year old male Husky mix who was surrendered by his family on August 7, 2017.
This majestic-looking young man has a brown-and-white short smooth coat, a long curled fluffy tail, and an adorable face with large erect ears. Cooper has a friendly, outgoing personality.
Cooper's family told us that he is not good with children but that he is ok with cats. Their experience was that he did not like small dogs. Cooper had shared his original home with an Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler mix who weighed approximately 45-50 lbs and they were very bonded with each other, so he may do ok with another medium-sized dog.
Cooper is a big boy who currently weighs 72 lbs. He has been kept indoors and is housetrained but needs to be taken out frequently. Cooper may be experiencing a urinary tract infection and is scheduled to be examined by a local veterinarian.
Cooper was neutered on June 14, 2017 and was also given rabies vaccine. He has been tested (negative) for heartworm.
Cooper's family noted that he is territorial of his domain and is protective of his home.
