This cutie pie is Freckles! She looks to be an English Setter mix and is around 4 months old. She will probably be large sized when full grown. Like any puppy, Freckles loves to explore, play, and have a good snuggle at the end of the day. She is looking for a family that understands the time, patience, and energy needed to raise a young pup like her. Freckles is looking for a special family that does not mind that she is deaf and is committed in putting in the time to work with her on training. Her foster family has already started working on her basic commands and crate training, she is one smart cookie and learns quickly. Freckles is fostered with a cat and does great with her. We require all adopters who adopt one of our puppies to provide training that includes: house training, basic training, leash training, and proper socialization. Additionally, Freckles is going to need plenty of proper exercise, mental stimulation, and your attention and love so she can grow up into the best companion. We do not allow our dogs or puppies to sleep or live outside, so Freckles must be incorporated into your family and be made a priority in your life. In return, you will have the most loving and loyal family member you could ask for. If you think you ready for the rewarding adventure of adopting a puppy to add to your family, and are interested in Freckles then apply to adopt on our website today!
Your puppy adoption includes the altering of the dog, current vaccinations, and microchipping. For more information on the adoption donation and our puppy adoption process, please visit our website at www.labsandmore.org and click on Adopt. You will find our online dog adoption application there as well. Once you are approved to adopt a puppy, we will discuss how to meet our available puppies. To keep our puppies healthy, we only allow approved applicants to handle puppies at our adoption events. Our dogs are NOT housed at our mailing address in San Diego. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit, all-volunteer organization. Thank you for reaching out to rescue a dog in need of hope!
