Facts about PRECIOUS

  • Breed: Shar Pei Mix
  • Color: Brown/Chocolate
  • Age: Adult
  • Size: Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)
  • Sex: Female
  • ID#: 11856253-A465784
Precious is estimated to be 2 years old and has had a rough start to life. She was confiscated after being tethered in horrible conditions, and was clearly emaciated. Despite her past, Precious lives up to her name, and although she is shy at first, once she feels safe she will never leave your side. This sweet girl deserves to know what true love is!

Above are her notes when she was here 3 years ago. She is now about 5. She had been adopted and her family loved her. She became very protective of her family more than she was before once a newborn baby joined the home. She even wants to protect the baby from caregivers such as family and baby sitters. Please come get this girl as she is now very scared here being returned back to the place she was so happy to have left years ago. She is house trained. She does well in a crate but mostly roams freely during the day. She sleeps anywhere that she choses in the home. She loves car rides and will run and play fetch and tug of war in the yard. She knows sit, down, stay, come and leave it.

Act quickly to adopt PRECIOUS. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.
