FOCCAS is a foster based rescue group in Coos Bay, Oregon. (on the Oregon Coast) None of these animals are located in the animal shelter, they are in our homes, being treated like our own pets. We show them for adoption on Saturdays 10-4 in Pony Village Mall in North Bend, Oregon. We are next to Sears, you can enter through the end by Bank of Cascade OR walk through Ross Dress for Less. We can make other arrangements to see the pet, depending on the situation and foster homes..............

aprox birthdate: 6/6/2017 Her adoption fee is $75. It includes spay, felv/fiv tested, fvrcp(s) vaccination, dewormed, flea treated, 24 PetWatch microchip with registration, 30 days free Shelter Care pet insurance, free wellness checkup with your choice of 13 veterinarians, goodie bag, going home carrier...........

Ophelia is finally getting her fur back. She was found under a house, filthy, flea infested and so severely matter she needed to be shaved to the skin. She is in a foster home with a foster mom who loves to give the kittens kisses. Ophelia has been standoffish until just recently and then she has decided she likes the attention. In her foster home are other kittens, Butterscotch and Becky too. And some adult cats. So she has been exposed to a lot of different things in her short life. FOCCAS did not see her until she was shaved so we are not sure how long her fur is. But she should be a beauty when she is an adult. The vet who saw her is the one who named her.

About Our Rescue Group...

Our Mission Statement.....
Friends of Coos County Animals, Inc. (FOCCAS) is organized exclusively for charitable purposes, and specifically to support and enhance services for the Coos County Animal Shelter including organizations and causes that promote animal welfare. We started in August 2005. To date we have adopted about 300 animals a year. One of our biggest programs is our Community Outreach Program where we help the families in financial need to spay or neuter their pets or the stray/feral cats or even with emergency medical care or euthanasia.
