My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Harris is a goofy, sweet 7-month old pup. He is playful and full of personality! He is energetic and loves to play, but also loves to cuddle up next to his favorite humans for a belly rub and a nap! Harris and his sister were rescued from the Ft. McDowell Indian Reservation. We can't put an exact breed on him, but there is probably some shepherd in there, and maybe some lab or hound. He currently weighs about 35 lbs, and we think he will probably weigh about 55 lbs when full grown. Harris is good with other dogs and with children, and he is very smart. He hasn't been around cats, but is good with small dogs so we can't see him having any issues with cats. He is housebroken and crate-trained! Harris needs to go to a home with a yard - no apartments/condos for this boy please. Adoption fee for Harris is $200, and he is already neutered, microchipped, and has received rabies and DAPP puppy vaccinations. If you are interested in meeting Harris, please email Delon.Washo@asu.edu or text your email address to 602-295-4518 and let us know that you are interested in filling out an application on Harris.

AZ Prussian Snailhound Dog Rescue would like to remind everyone that puppies are a big commitment and require a lot of attention. Puppies often exhibit undesirable behaviors such as chewing and digging. Of course they also are a lot of fun and are very lovable too. When choosing a puppy please consider how much time you will be able to spend training and socializing your new puppy.
