Cheatham County Animal Control works to limit the number of animals roaming at large in Cheatham County and the surrounding communities. We strive to adopt out as many animals as we can, whether to local adopters or anywhere across the United States. We work with a number of Rescue organizations and transportation teams. Our animals do not have expiration dates stamped on their paws. So, please don't buy, when you can adopt!!! All of our cats/dogs receive vaccinations that are appropriate for the age and health when they are at animal control. The adopter is responsible for all vaccinations and medical care after adoption.
