We think The Governor (G, for short) should probably come with a warning label on his collar. Something that reads, "WARNING: Pick me up and you will never, ever, ever want to put me down." Because you won't. We are crushing so hard on Senior G! This guy is the bomb! And nothing makes him happier than being held snuggly against your chest. Carrying him around is like hugging a little spider monkey, and don't even get us started on how cute we thing spider monkeys are!). G is a pretty mellow guy, not one to be training for triathlons or bragging about his weekend in Cuba. He likes to stick close to home and is more comfortable in your lap than on some bucket list adventure. Shelter life is a little loud and rambunctious for G's tastes, so he's a little quiet and watchful in his cage. But, man, does he ever love to be picked up and babied a little bit! G walks nicely on leash and seems comfortable around other dogs. He can be cat-tested, too. We think he'd be a good fit with older children. He likes the younger ones, but their fast and furious energy might be a little too much for our mild-mannered G. Y'all. We love this sweet boy. Words don't do the G justice. Come take him for a walk on our trails and let the G show you how good your life with him could be.
