Meet Lizzie! Lizzie is a 7 month old beagle/corgi mix weighing in at about 25 lbs. We found her sitting in a shelter where her time was almost up and knew we had to save her! She will be coming to DC as soon as we can find her a foster or adoptive home! Lizzie is great with other dogs and has also lived with cats and kids. She would be a fantastic addition to ANY family.
She would love to go to a fully fenced dog park to play with new friends! She would also do well on her own with a family to take her for long walks and/or runs. As a young pup, Lizzie definitely needs her exercise! Lizzie is so excited to join a family who loves to play, run and cuddle as much as she does!
Like most shelter dogs, Lizzie may need a refresher on house training. She is likely crate trained.
The adoption fee for this dog is $350, which includes the cost of routine vetting, including vaccinations and spay/neuter. If you are interested in adopting, please download our Adoption Application and email it to Ashley at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in adopting Lizzie!
