This large girl is Tiger. Tiger is a 6 year old Domestic Shorthair. She is spayed, microchipped and current on all of her shots. Tiger does appear to be litter trained and would do best in a home with no other animals. However, she is friendly with people of all ages. Tiger is a bit of a loner and does like to hide, so a calm and quiet environment would probably be best. Please stop out and consider making Tiger the newest member of your family!

About Stark County Humane Society

About Our Shelter...

The Humane Society is a non-profit organization serving the human and animal population of of Stark County for over 100 years. Besides providing a safe haven for the unwanted dogs and cats in our community, we find new and loving homes for them as well. We also conduct humane education programs in all our schools K-12. We take our pets to area nursing homes to visit the elderly. Sometimes this is the only time some of the residnets get a visit. Over the years we have been named Employer of the Year by Goodwill Industries for hiring the physical and mentally challenged. We perform these tasks with no governmental funding whatsoever. We raise our budget throught Bequests, fundraisers, membership and donations.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Our kennel hours to see and adopt our pets are Monday through Saturday 11am to 5 pm and Sundays noon to 5pm. The shelter is closed to the public on Wednesdays and holidays. We are located at 5100 Peach St NE, Louisville, OH 44641.
