How precious is this little girl?!?

Sweet Millie was found on the freeway absolutely terrified! Fortunately, she was found by a Good Samaritan who vowed to help her find her forever home.

Millie is about 1 1/2 years old and absolutely adorable. She gets along beautifully with other dogs and would love a canine sibling or two, but at least some friends or trips to  the dog park.

Millie may be an Australian Shepherd/Catahoula mix. She weighs about 35 pounds and is up to date on vaccines and spayed.

If you are interested in this cutie pie fill out our application and we will get you in touch with her hero to see if you might be her forever home.

About Scout's Honor Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

Scout’s Honor Rescue is an all-breed, no-kill, Not-For-Profit 501(c)(3) animal rescue organization committed to bringing Courage, Character and Compassion to Houston’s homeless pet population and making a positive difference in the lives of these stray and abandoned animals and the Houston community as a whole. 100% of every dollar donated goes directly to saving the life of a homeless animal.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Scout's Honor Rescue does not currently have its own facility to keep the animals in its adoption program. All animals in our program are fostered by individuals who keep the dog or cat at their residence until it is adopted. Consider opening your home to a dog or cat in need. You become the caregiver to a precious animal – their future is in your hands! It is incredibly rewarding to know that you have given that animal the two most precious gifts- Life and Love. For many of them, this is the first kind hand they have known.

Our Adoption Process...

SHR will require an application and home visit for the adoption of any of our animals. The customary adoption fee is $150 for dogs $85 for cats.
