My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

CLYDE is going to be a medium to large dog when grown, about 60 pounds. He is about 10-12 weeks old and a sweet goofy guy. He is going to need a home with a strong commitment to positive and consistent training. He is very dog friendly and we'd like to continue his good relationship towards dogs by placing him into a home with another friendly dog or dogs. But at the same time, he will need his human companions to guide him. He is not going to be an instantly super friendly tail wagging happy to see you type, so patience and love are key. This sweet, intelligent dog will do best in a home with another friendly dog or dogs and active attentive owners where he is not left alone (even with dog companions) for more than a 3 or 4 hours at a time

But if you can put in the time and effort, he will reward you with a lifetime of loyalty and sweetness.

Please ask for an adoption application so we can get an idea of the sort of life this great dog would have with you and your family. All our dogs are in foster care, so the best way to see our adoptable dogs is to come to one of our adoption events at Holistic Hound in Berkeley. We are usually there on Saturdays between 11 and 2.30, but please check with us first as we are not there every weekend!
