My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Blue is an exquisite blue merle Australian Shepherd who was born deaf. As of August, he is only 8 months old. He is outrageously intelligent and ready to learn hand signals and routines.



He's very treat motivated and has participated in training sessions with two different professionals. He's all puppy..........doggy clay just ready to be molded into a great companion dog.



Blue has a great deal of rambunctious young energy. He's playful and loving. This handsome guy will need a securely fenced yard and someone who is committed to working with him daily. The current owners are working on his resource guarding and desire to chase cars. Keeping in mind that he is very young and deaf, he's all about the fun and frolic and not yet practicing consistent obedience. His potential is out of this world!



Blue is dog friendly with those who share his level of activity and he currently lives cooperatively with a family cat. He would be a good fit with dog savvy older kids who can respect his current challenges.

Blue's adoption donation is $250 with $175 being tax deductible. All proceeds go to dog care.
