Baxter is a cat who definitely has a "rags to riches" backstory. Found on Oshawa beach undernourished and starving, Baxter is certainly no stranger to adversity. Despite his humble beginnings, he now is never seen outside his tuxedo!
Approximately 3-4 years old, Baxter is currently residing at the Pet Value in Pickering if you "fancy" a visit. He is extremely friendly, despite his occasional grumpy cat resting face.
Baxter's furever home needs to be a dog-free environment, and he would do best as an only cat, unless very slow and patient transitions to other cats can be done.
He's the Aladdin of the cat world, looking for a little palace of his own. Could you be the puurfect forever home for Baxter? _______________________ The following profile represents a cat currently available for adoption through Team Cat Rescue. Our Adoption Process...
Our adoption process includes an adoption application which includes references. After the application is reviewed, then a discussion takes place to ensure that the cat chosen will fit the potential adopter's environment.
Adoption fees are $175 for adults, $200 for kittens and $75 for seniors which includes spay/neuter, vaccinations and microchip. All kittens under 6 months require another young cat in the home.
We do not adopt out to people who will declaw or release their cat outdoors. WE DO NOT ADOPT OUTSIDE OF ONTARIO UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. WE ALSO DO NOT WAIVE/NEGOTIATE ADOPTION FEES.
Humane America Animal Foundation, dba Adopt-a-Pet.com, is a non-profit, tax-deductible 501(c)(3) adoption advertising charity. Our mission (and passion) is to help
get homeless pets out of the shelters and into loving homes. Let us know what you think! Suggestion & Comment Box
