Meow! Hi, my name is LEO, and I am a handsome dark brown and white mackerel tabby kitten. My foster mommy tells me that I am one of the sweetest kittens she's ever met! When I want your attention, I love to climb up to your face, stare into your soul with my big beautiful eyes, and purr...purr...purr...purr. I'm quite the charmer with my soft, silky fur, and my little purr engine!

My brother Gus and I had a rather rough beginning in life. When only a few weeks old, we were found abandoned outside. Imagine the joy we felt when a sweet lady brought us into her warm and comfortable home and bottle fed us. Fast forward a few months, and now I use my litter box like a proper gentleman, eat real kitty food, and am free to run around and play with my brother, Gus. Gus and I live with a loving foster family who has a teen-aged daughter, and she is so much fun to play with!

I never realized how many different toys there were for kitties, but I never met a toy that I didn't like! My foster mommy laughs at me when I pounce on a toy mouse, put it in my mouth, then growl like a big lion! Which is why she lovingly named me "Leo." I love to make her laugh! Along with my boundless energy, I have a super sweet disposition. I especially love being held by my foster family and cuddling with them and with my brother Gus. My foster family thinks it I am now ready for my fur-ever home. A permanent home with a family who will play with me and give me lots of attention and love. Are you that special family that I'm looking for? Would you maybe have room in your heart and home for my brother Gus, too? If so, please complete an online application and a kind volunteer will contact you. I look forward to meeting you!

About Animal Allies of Texas

About Our Rescue Group...

Animal Allies of Texas is a 501(c)(3) animal advocacy/rescue organization, dedicated to improving the quality of life in our community. Our goal is to build a no-kill shelter on enough land to house not only "adoptable" animals, but "treatable" ones as well - those who need medical care or behavior modification to become adoptable. While working toward this goal, we will also engage in community service and humane education projects to help bring about "humanity championed by thought."

Come Meet Our Pets...

We hold adoption events at one or more locations every week end. Please check the calendar on our web site www.animalalliesoftexas.org for specific locations and times.
