Henry is a handsome black and white tuxedo kitty in need of a new home where he can be the only cat. He is 3 years old, litter box trained and indoor only. Henry was adopted from another shelter as a feral kitten and is still shy in nature. He is timid around people but once he gets to know you and gets comfortable with you, this little guy loves to play and snuggle like crazy! He enjoys playing with toys he can chase and bat around. Henry is currently living in a multiple cat household and is showing aggression to the other cats. He needs a new home where he can be the favored only kitty and learn to bond with a new person or new people. If you are interested in meeting him please fill out an adoption application on our website. He also tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV.

About Second Chance Companions

About Our Rescue Group...

Founded in 1993, Second Chance Companions is a 501(c) 3 non-profit pet organization dedicated to helping animals in SW Washington and the Portland Metro area.

We are a humane, no-kill organization staffed entirely by dedicated volunteers.

Although we do not run an independent shelter, we feed, care for, adopt out, and spay & neuter as many animals as possible. In addition, we educate the community and are always seeking volunteers and resources that help us to accomplish our mission.

We have a small number of foster homes available, but also work with private owners who keep their pets while looking for homes for them.

Come Meet Our Pets...

We have cats available for adoption all the time at the Vancouver Plaza and Gresham Petsmarts.

We also have adoption events most every weekend and often during the week too. See all of our currently scheduled events at: http://www.sccpets.com/pages/events.html
