Max is the definition of a big, goofy dog. His foster family has taken him on with the expectation that he was going to be a very high energy dog who is always looking for something to do. Turns out, this is only partially true. Max enjoys his exercise and he has been bonding with the resident dogs since he went into the foster home. He is eager to please, and thrives with a schedule. His typical day consists of a 3-mile morning jog with his foster mom, some puppy play time, nap time while foster mom and dad are at work, and then of course, more puppy play time when they get home. Max is a very smart boy and he is always ready to learn new things, currently he is learning how to jog next to a bicycle. According to max’s foster family, he really is a couch potato once he is tired. It will be important for Max’s new family to have a plan for Max’s exercise every day. He does best when he gets tired out before he is left home alone, as he then spends his day napping in his crate. If you are looking for a new exercise and cuddle buddy Max might just be the guy for you. Please come on down to our Newington facility, or send an email to the address’s above in order to set up a time to meet with Max. We look forward to hearing from you!
