Introducing Neto.
Neto is a really cute low rider dog. He is only about 35 lbs and he has a shepherd head and a l-o-n-g body and short little legs like a mini Basset Hound. He likes people and his foster says he's non-reactive to cats. He's about 4 years old and he loves LOVES LOVES long walks and being petted. He's also just happy hanging out by your side. A wonderful companion dog!
Neto has a very sad tale to tell. His owner suddenly died. We were contacted to rescue him and help find him a home. (When he sees old men he gets super excited...he thinks all old men are his old owner!)
Neto wants nothing more than to have a warm bed and daily food to eat. He doesn't ask for much he's a very sweet boy. He's a great companion dog and loves long walks around the neighbor hood. He loves riding in the car and is a great co-pilot!
We are so so happy to have rescued him! He's a lovely sweet dog. And now we need to find him the best home ever. If you think you can open your heart to our sweet Neto, he needs a new home.
The good stuff:
-Neto LOVES walks and is good in the car. He likes to be co-pilot.
-He's playful and would love kids too
-Neto likes dogs. But siince he was neutered late, he's selective about what dogs he likes. He likes calm dogs, females, smaller dogs...case by case basis

Breed Info:
He's part Basset Hound so his fur tends to be a little oily...true to the breed. He might chase a ball, but it will be on his time....slow. It's kinda funny actually.
Don't let his short little legs fool you...he's a great walker!
