Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Up for adoption in New England, hold onto your seats, he is hot stuff: Maverick.
Maverick looks like a Pyrenees Lab mix and he's a love bug. He loves to be right by you and follow you room to room. He is very very calm in the house. No chewing on anything. If you sit and work or cook he sits and watches.
But if you want to go for a walk or a car ride he is all game.
He is 52.8 lbs and 2 years old. He also has a lot of hair but he is so patient and just stands there forever while you brush him.
He is fine in the crate but doesn't like to be left alone in the crate. But he will go in there and sit and hang if he can see you.
Maverick is so-so about lab games, like fetch. He will do it a few times but is not that into it. He is very chill at home unless you want to walk or play.
Since he appears to be a Great Pyr mix (we don't dog DNA test) he would do well in a non-urban setting. He needs a home with a big back yard or rural setting. He does have leash reactivity to other dogs so we'd recommend a home without other dogs for now, and a lifestyle that's not in a city where he's passing lots of dogs and foot traffic on walks.
