Hello! My name is Roscoe and I would like to be your friend! I would be a great friend because I am a big love. I love people and I love other dogs, especially if they want to play with me. I am good with kids but I am learning not to jump, so until I learn all the way, little ones could get knocked over. I am sweet, gentle and 100% love. As your new best friend, I will want to be with you all the time, because being loved and pet is just about my favorite thing. Even though I am still a puppy, I am a pretty mellow guy. I am happy to be by your side and snuggle on your lap, and um, did I mention how much I love the pets?
I was on my own before I came here, and I was not taught to be a house dog when I was younger, so I am still learning all sorts of things. I am learning to be in a house and to not be afraid of things like the scary stairs. They tell me that I am a smart pup and that I learn quickly. In fact I learned to sit in just one day! I am excited to learn more and get to be a grown up dog with my very own family soon. I am working on some puppy training now, and I will need to continue my training after I go home because I am still a puppy, so I am requesting people that will want to help me learn my manners and maybe teach me some tricks too. That sounds like fun! Oh, I would also really love it if you taught me to go on walks with you! Boy, that sounds like fun, too!
I have been in a home with 2 kitties, but I kinda liked to chase them. If you have a feline friend as well, you will want to keep an eye on me but, I am just a pup so, maybe you can teach me to ignore the cat or even be their friend?
