This handsome boy goes by the name Sarge!

Sarge is a 1-year-old male German Shepherd Dog and boy oh boy is he a cutie! Sarge has a great demener, he's gentle and sweet and has lots of energy, as you'd expected from a young Shepherd.

Sarge will make a great fit for anyone in search of a young active dog to raise up and welcome to their life! As with any young working breed dog, he'll need daily mental and physical stimulation, as well as consistent obedience and strong leadership -- in return, he will be a fabulous companion and addition to the household. Socially, Sarge is off to a good start and has pretty good manners at this time around other dogs. That said, as he continues to grow up, he'll need continued, consistent exposure around other dogs to ensure he maintains well-balanced behavior in that department.

Sarge is neutered and has his shots up to date, we're looking for an adopter with lots of time an energy to devote to this guy. Please no apartments or non-detached homes for this guy. Homes with other well-balanced dogs of decent size will be considered, but please no small dogs, cats or super young children.
