Hi! I’m Buddy! I’m a special boy. I was thrown outside like trash in a bad part of town. A kind woman was feeding me and I kept trying to go in her house. She called PetPromise for help and took me to the vet. We discovered that I have FIV, but I’m super healthy and can live a long life. I’m so sweet and loving and do well with other cats. I can live with non-FIV cats just fine! Please don’t be scared about FIV. The vet tells me I can live with non-FIV cats JUST FINE!

Buddy loves to snuggle next to his human friends and will follow you throughout the house just to be close. He is currently loving his new tower gifted by another foster.

Buddy's adoption fee is $80. Please complete an online adoption application at petpromise.org/adoption-application if you are interested in adopting Buddy.

We do our best to ensure that all of the PetPromise pets and their new owners are the perfect match, so the adoption process includes a mandatory home visit; for that reason, adoptions outside Franklin County, Ohio and contiguous counties may not be possible.

PETPROMISE DOES NOT HAVE A SHELTER. Our pets are housed in volunteer foster homes while awaiting adoption.

PETPROMISE HAS NO PAID STAFF. The people processing applications are volunteers with full-time jobs and families, so it may be several days before you receive a response to your application.
