Meet Melvin, a 6 year old white Shih Tzu mix, weighing 13 lbs. He was found wandering as a stray and taken to our local shelter where no one came for him. Melvin is a little unsure of what has happened to him, but will warm up once he realizes he is safe. He would do best in a quiet home with no children or other dogs. Melvin would love to spend his day snuggling with his human and getting all the love he deserves.
