My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Domestic Short Hair - Torbie; Female; 11 years; 7 to 8 pounds

Our first baby, our fur baby – Ginger – is in need of a new home. We rescued her when she was a kitten and have loved her for 11 years. She is tiny, at only about 7 or 8 lbs, has beautiful orange fur mixed in with gray and black short hair, and she is a sweetheart. She likes to be pet and snuggle on laps, but she also has a lovely independent side, making her great candidate for someone who works during the day. Ginger girl lives with two young girls under the age of 3, but if you asked her, she would prefer adults and somewhat older children. If you do have young kids like we do, she is very good about walking away when she needs her “me” time. Ginger is not used to living with other animals so would benefit most from a home that is looking for one animal to spoil. She might possibly do okay with another very mellow and calm animal. We are looking for a new home for Ginger because we simply haven’t been able to give Ginger the love and attention she deserves with our growing family and new business. We are hoping for someone to welcome her into their home and give her lots of love and snuggles.

Please contact Sherelle Ledue at sherelleledue@gmail.com if you’re interested in a new little love. She is free to a good home, and we also have the litter box and toys if you are interested in taking those for free as well.
