Casher #7897 is a 4-year-old male, Beagle/Chihuahua mix. This young man is a very sweet boy who was very scared when he got here. He took a while to settle down and adjust but is doing well. He is great on a leash, likes belly rubs but is sensitive to correction. He needs a gentle hand. He is crate trained and we are working on housebreaking. He is ok with meeting other dogs. He is not good with young children. He is energetic and likes to run and play, would be good for someone who likes to go on long walks. He weighs 15 pounds and is full-grown. This pup is microchipped. We believe you can always teach an ‘old’ dog new tricks so we highly recommend continued obedience training for this smart pup; it stimulates the dog's mind and establishes a good dog/adopter relationship.
