Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Jack is a 1.5 yr old mini Italian Greyhound, and jack Russell. He may even have dachshund In him. This poor boy was left for dead when some one moved and left him inside the apt. The downstairs neighbor heard a moaning and he knew the girl who lived there moved 8 days prior, the neighbor kicked the door in, when he found him he called animal control to help, jack had torn up the toilet looking for water, they advised him to contact our rescue. I told him what to do that night to stablize him. He was so thin as you can see in the photos, he is slowly putting weight on. He had such a low immune system from malnourishment he got kennel cough. The neighbor met us at our vet, he was placed in isolation, had bladder stones as well. This boy just couldn't catch a break, with the antibiotics he was taking and the kennel cough he couldn't have surgery. He was sick and still so sweet.. his kennel cough was cleared up, so we did another ultrasound and the bladder stones dissolved on thier own and he had put on 2 pounds! Now our boy is healthy, neutered. Still sweet as ever. He loves everyone! I don't know about cats..he now has more weight on him, and looks like a mini golden retriever. He is about 12 pds
