On hold til she has her surgery.

Susie is a very sweet senior sheltie who came from a sheltie breeder. She is retired now and will be looking for a new home shortly. She has a medical issue to take care of and then she will be available. She needs surgery on her ears to open the ear canals to the outside world. Her ears are almost entirely closed which affects her ability to hear although she is not deaf. The sound just doesn’t get into her ears. She is up to date on vaccinations, spayed and micro chipped. Her house training is going well. She is a tail wagger and all you have to do is look at her and her tail starts going. Once her ear problem is resolved, she will be available for adoption. We require a fenced yard that is attached to the house so Susie can go out the door into the fenced yard. Underground or electric fences are not acceptable nor are dog runs. We prefer to place Susie in the Kansas City area. For more information on Susie, email us at kcsheltierescue@gmail.com
