My story

Introducing "Baxter"! "Baxter" looks like an overgrown Jack Russell Terrier. We also believe he has Carolina dog in the mix. When we took him out of his kennel to get to know him, he was a little uncertain about his situation and looked to us for love and assurance. With a little time and patience, he responded beautifully and as you can see in his video, there was absolutely no aggression seen. "Baxter" is very, very sweet and responds to love.....he seems to know that he isn't supposed to be in a shelter environment. Sadly, "Baxter" has been moved to isolation and is now available to rescue only. He DESPERATELY needs a receiving rescue ASAP. He was brought into the shelter as a stray from Herring Rd in Newnan / Coweta County area and has not been reclaimed. With each passing day, his time grows shorter. PLEASE HURRY! This pet has been at the shelter since 06/02/17!!
