My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Giovanni is a handsome male kitten who was brought to the HSOV on June 21, 2017 along with his mother (Mama Mia) and his two cute sisters (Gabriella and Gina after they were found in the Marietta Ohio area. The kittens were tiny 5-week old babies at that time.

This little playboy has a gray short smooth coat, a long tail, and a sweet kitten face with a gray button nose and golden eyes. Giovanni was more interested in exploring our 'studio' than posing for boring still-life pictures. He loves to play 'wild and crazy games' and then take group naps with his mother and sisters :) This little family has been kept together since their arrival and continue to share a large double wide cage.

Giovanni was given first vaccines, worrmer, and Revolution flea treatment on June 21, 2017 (and would also have received booster vaccines). He weighed 4.6 lbs on August 13, 2017 with these photos were taken. Giovanni is quite a bit bigger than his sisters.

Giovanni will be neutered in the near future (at no cost to his new family) before being adopted and leaving our shelter. Naturally we'd love to see him find a home with one of his siblings or his mother :) Giovanni is also available for foster/rescue.

UPDATE: Giovanni was neutered on August 30, 2017 and was also given rabies vaccine. He weighed 4,5 lbs on that date. His mother (Mama Mia) was combo tested on August 30, 2017 and is negative for feline leukemia, FIV, and heartworm.
