dob: May 26, 2017...Blk-MouthCur/BoxerX...super-sweet, friendly-outgoing and has a really fun personality. OK with kids, cats and other dogs. Will be ~50lbs as an adult. Will be ready for transport to a location near you, including VA/DC/MD/DE/PA/NJ/NY/LI/AlbanyNY/RI/ManchesterNH) on SAT/AUGUST 19th, after they have recovered from his spay-neuter surgery.
adoption fee: $250(includes neuter, micro-chip, 3puppy boosters(of 4 required at 4mos), Bordatella and 1st yr Rabies vax, current on flea/tick and heart worm prevention, comes with all medical records from day#1 with H4S CARes including copies of all vet's notes, plus health certificate=issued within 7 days of transport, nylon Martingale collar & 6'leash, beef knee cap bone and chew toy, plus a really cool 'RESCUED DOGS ROCK' car magnet)

Also, #1: be SURE to include email addies for your 3 personal references and ask them to respond to our questionnaire at their MOST EARLIEST convenience(to help your chances of being approved ahead of any other interested applicants). Questionnaire is sent out to them upon receipt of your application.
#2: be SURE to call and give your vet's office permission to release your pet's medical history to us...we will be calling them within 2 business days.
#3: IF you should rent, you will need to contact your property manager/owner and let them know that I will be calling them within 2 business days, to make sure that you are allowed to have a pet according to it's breed and adult size.
