My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Roscoe! The vet thinks Roscoe is a 2 1/2 year old lab/terrier mix and he weighs about 45 pounds.

Roscoe was found with an embedded prong collar by a wonderful lady who has nursed him back to health. He was heartworm positive, dehydrated and underweight. He is now neutered, up to date on his vaccines and has started slow kill treatment for heartworms. He's also now a healthy weight and his neck has healed.

His foster mom says he loves to lay his head in your lap, get his ears rubbed, eat treats, go for walks, and run around the yard. He has a gentle disposition and is a very loving pup. He gets along with dogs of all sizes, cats and children. He’s crate trained and house broken and knows basic commands. His mom says he is a very fast learner.

Roscoe says he just needs a soft place to land and humans to snuggle with. He’s so grateful he was saved and now just wants to enjoy life. His perfect day includes spending time with his humans and making them smile. If you are looking for a gentle and loving soul with eyes filled with gratitude and love, then you just might be Roscoe’s perfect match.

Roscoe's adoption fee is $175. The includes his DHPP and rabies vaccines, deworming, flea and tick prevention (through date of adoption), neuter, and microchip.
