My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

The pictures of Quinn do not do her any justice as she is stunning. The last picture is of her when she had her 7 puppies that are all adopted and it is now Quinn's turn.

Harley Quinn's (we call Quinn for short) story starts at a high kill shelter in TX. We went down and saved about 6 dogs that day. Quinn ended up riding shot gun with her now foster mum and was a joy to ride with. It was not until stopping for a potty break for the dogs her foster mum noticed Quinn's belly was rather large. She got an exam at the vets when we got back home and yes she was pregnant. Then a month later had her 7 beautiful puppies. Quinn is now really for her forever home as all her babies have gone to wonderful new homes. Quinn is very laid back and loves attention. In her foster home she does not need to be crated as she is so well behaved. We have noticed from time to time Quinn will limp and we took her to be checked out as this has been going on since we saved her. Our vet thinks it is an old injury as nothing is out of place. Her hip is in joint and her knee is fine too so we are not sure why from time to time she limp. It does not seem to bother her at all as she walks fine and runs fine. Quinn is a Catahoula mix about 5 years old and 30lbs. We believe she was going to be used as a bait dog as her teeth were filed down. We saved another dog that day from the shelter with her that was running with her that we believe was her daughter who had her teeth filed down too. This has not stopped Quinn from eating just fine. She is looking for a nice couch, bed or lap to rest on for the rest of her days. She is a wonderful dog.
