Facts about Petey

  • Breed: French Bulldog
  • Color: White - With Brown Or Chocolate
  • Age: Adult
  • Size: Small 25 lbs (11 kg) or less
  • Sex: Male
Petey is friendly and outgoing and very active for a frenchie..He ways about 25lbs and is 6 years old. I'd say she's about 25lbs. He is Petey and he is 6 years old. He seemed to have some food allergy issues, but since being on a raw and cooked meat diet is skin has cleared up. He is very inquisitive and busy and loves to play with toys and EVERYTHING else he discovers. He was not been an inside dog, but does love to come inside. He is very smart and can be easily trained. If he was a human boy, he would be picking up sticks and poking everything. We think he would be best in a home with children that are active and would play with him allot! While he is very social, it doesn't seem that he has been able to explore his world much in his previous home life, so an active and adventurous family is what he would like.

PLEASE call Susan, his foster mom at 740-395-0504 or email sudalvan@aol.com Susan prefers that you call her, so she can answer your questions and concerns, especially about his diet.

About Camelot Puppy Sanctuary

About Our Shelter...

Camelot was created to help abandoned moms and their pups. They are brought to us by Doggie Angels, who find them in some precarious situation and do not want to take them to the county dog shelter. We adopt the pups, spay the moms and find the moms a home too! Any pups with health issues that are unadoptable, get to spend their lives here. Please consider a donation to help support these 'special needs kids'
UPDATE: although we do occasionally have puppies, kittens and dogs to adopt, most of our mission at the moment, is to provide housing and fun for the many unadoptables(due to age or illness) that have come to call Camelot home. We also support a Cat Sanctuary(Creekside Cat Sanctuary) with the same purpose. Please consider a donation..large or small, it will be an investment with continued and lifelong dividends.

"In short there's simply not.....

A more Congenial spot.....

For happily ever aftering.....

Than here at CAMELOT! "

UPDATE...while we still help abandoned moms and pups, our focus is now on dogs that are being displaced and winding up in shelters, due to economic situations. Lots of these dogs are older but they are as deserving as the young little whipper-snappers, who are very easy to find homes for.
We maintain optimum Well Being with a Natural diet of raw and cooked meat and raw meaty bones. They are carnivores. All our Sanctuary Residents and adoptables are use to eating real food and may not transition well to a kibble based diet.
