My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Beckett (HWTH#17264A). He is a Pit mix, DOB: 4/30/15. Beckett weighs 61 pounds and stands 22 inches at the shoulders. He was rescued from the local animal shelter by a volunteer with Halfway to Home and is now residing with another volunteer and 9 other dogs of various ages and sizes with no problems. He had an eye surgery, has recovered well but still has some remaining dissolvable sutures around his left eye. Beckett is a loving boy who has had a rather rough life so far but does not show any signs of aggression. At his foster home, Beckett has learned to use a dog door and what it feels like to sleep in and feel comfortable in a house. Lots of love, good-quality human companionship, playtime and exercise will be a must for this wonderful boy. When Beckett is thoroughly settled in his new Forever home, he will benefit from positive basic obedience training mostly to help with the bonding process. Once Beckett has bonded with his new owner, he will make an amazing canine companion. Bucket is crate trained. For more information on Beckett, please call Sandy at tele # 661-824-4495.

Beckett is good with kids.
