Thank you!!!!
Ready, Set, Go” --that sums up Suzy. Suzy is a happy go lucky girl who is eager to please and always ready for fun! She loves to swim, play fetch, Frisbee, tug and did we say SWIM! We know she is part GSD, but she may have some dolphin in her! True to her GSD heritage, she loves to work and exercise her mind, so she is a dream dog to train. She is very treat motivated and eager to please. Suzy lives with other dogs now, although she doesn’t do well with all of them. She has some dogs she does well with (calm males and submissive dogs) and some she doesn’t do well with (alpha females). She  would prefer to be an only dog as she like to be the “queen of the castle”.  Suzy would do best with an experienced handler as she doesn’t have good leash manners, but that is easily corrected with training and practice.  A commitment to training to work on her obedience, social and leash skills a must. Suzy would excel at dogs sports like - barn hunt, dock diving or scent work. Suzy knows when it's time to settle down and offers up some great snuggles at the end of the day. She'll even let you sleep in in the mornings!  Suzy is looking for an indoor home with a yard where she'll get lots of exercise, love and attention.  She's really hoping for a pool! She has lived in a home with children, but would be best in a home with adults and/or children over 12 years old. She loves to chase, so a home with small animals or cats would not be a good fit for either.  Suzy is anxious to find the perfect home (with a pool… please) and a loving family willing to give her some time to adjust in her new home and provide her with an active lifestyle she loves and deserves.
