Sofia's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Sofia's Story...
Sofia was brought into a very rural high kill shelter with her believe to be her sister Dove. We got a call on these 2 as this shelter is no place for puppies. We went and got them right away as they were covered in fleas and ticks. After a nice bath and some good food Sofia was a very happy girl. She is very sweet and playful. We have no idea of her history which really does not mean much as her future is what is important that this point. She is good with other dogs, cats and kids. She is about 4 months old and 14lbs. She looks to be part Chihuahua/Jack Russell and maybe have some elephant in there to with those ears. She is fixed, current on all shots, micro chipped and on monthly prevention. Is this little girl in your future?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sofia, a Ashburn Chihuahua/Jack Russell Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Ashburn, or seeking a Chihuahua/Jack Russell Terrier puppy from a breeder in Ashburn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ashburn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ashburn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Chihuahua/Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ashburn paves the way for another one to be saved.
