Meet the lovely Miss Delilah! She has an infectious smile and a shiny blue coat with a white chest. She has recently lost some weight and is feeling really good so do not tell her she is not a cover model! Delilah weighs about 60 pounds and is 6 years old. One of the great perks about adult pit bulls once they are a bit older, their personalities are set and they are no longer a mystery as to how their genetics will play out, as with a puppy or one-year-old. They are not going to grow up to be a concern. What you see is what you get, and in Delilah, that is a really great dog!
Delilah is a blue and white Pit Bull mix that is low to the ground. She loves her simple life at the Downtown Dog Rescue kennel but loves people even more and cannot wait for her person to come and find her. She is easy to please. She loves to cuddle! She spends most of her days lounging around in the sun and enjoys her walks. She goes hiking with a big group of dogs on the weekend and loves being out and about and behaves well on leash. Delilah has lived with dog siblings in the past, but we have noticed she would rather have her human all to herself. She is not dog aggressive at all, but is indifferent to other dogs just like many other true divas, and prefers to be the only dog and no cats. Delilah would be in heaven with a plush bed, taking it easy with her human and going for some walks; can you satisfy the diva’s simple needs? She is a great and easy going girl with lots of love to give. Come meet her at our kennel in South Gate!
