My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Captain is a super cute, little 4 lb., 6 ½ year old male Maltese. His body is petite so his 4 lb weight is a good adult weight for him. He is the perfect size to carry in a purse and even go to a movie as he is quiet and well behaved. Captain lived in a kennel his entire life as a breeding dog until he came to our rescue. He is now ready to be a companion pet and enjoy the rest of his life in a loving home. Considering his past, he is friendly and snuggles his little head in your neck when you hold him. Captain gets along nicely with other dogs and is taking a nap cuddled next to another dog. He is well behaved in his foster home and enjoys being near his foster family. He will thrive in a home where he can receive attention, training and affections. Captain was recently neutered and had dental care so he is now ready to meet his forever family.
