Isa was found in rural KY and developed a severe eye infection. Sadly, the eye was not able to be saved, but that doesn't slow Isa down. She is a very sweet cat who would make any family happy. Isa is around a year old. She is currently fostered in Marengo, OH. Please consider this adorable pirate kitty!
