Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Maya is one of a litter of 4 born in late June in a San Leandro backyard. The kittens were rescued and tamed and now live in a Dusty Paws foster home. Maya was named after one of her rescuers.
Maya's mother is an orange tabby, as are her brother Sawyer and sister Goldie. Maya's dark tortoise shell coat provides quite a contrast to her siblings' light and bright fur. Maya is a little shy but meows for her wet food and likes her foster mom to stroke her while she's eating it. She is a very active kitten who loves to wrestle with her littermates. Her favorite toys are a small white mouse and an old shoe!
