My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Everybody’s life got too busy, school, activities and there was no time left for me. I lived at one point with another small dog and did well. Large dogs scare me. I even got along with the cats though my original family said they were chasing me. I love squeaky toys and sometimes carry one on my walk. I throw it up in the air and run around with it. I was used to sleeping in bed with my family at night and they always made sure there was a spot on the couch for me. I then had a couple more homes where I bonded closely with one person and got protective. It’s been a roller coaster ride, lots of emotions, some good and some not so good. Someone that wants a playful and affectionate dog and wouldn’t mind keeping me all to themselves would be perfect.
